Zabouca Breads is an artisan bakery featuring organic, local ingredients whenever possible. Our breads are made with a variety of flours in the classic European style; our doughs are fermented naturally using levain, poolish, and biga, which are starters of cultivated wild yeast, and they retard for 12 hours before being hand shaped and then baked in our steam-injected ovens. We bring a Caribbean style to this classic method, integrating local ingredients and flavors to create breads, scones, and spreads of the highest quality. In addition, we have a gluten-free line that includes breads, muffins, crackers, cookies, and pizza - all freshly baked with the finest ingredients we can source.
